Subject: File No. S7-08-15

August 10, 2015

I am opposed to Rule 30e-3. While I have access to a computer and the internet, I do NOT enter sensitive information on it, especially financial. Accessing statements would require entering SSN or account numbers.

While the financial institutions say they will continue paper reports and statements as an option, they will make it difficult. In addition, they will eventually charge for them.

My bank now charges a fee if I want a printed transaction statement from their ATM's. I believe it is $1.50 each time. They have also restricted access to their automated system. The only way this change is practical is for the rule to contain a requirement that institutions continue to provide paper AT NOT COST in perpetuity.

Thank you.
