I DO NOT support making electronic delivery the default method for communicating fund information to fund owners.

Not all owners maintain email accounts, and email accounts are prone to change more frequently than mailing addresses. More importantly, not all email accounts are secure. I do not want personal financial information emailed to me for this reason. For those who do, the current opt-in system for electronic communication should be adequate.

In addition, paper records make it far simpler for heirs to sort out the financial assets of a decedent. This should be the default not electronic delivery
