I would like to express my concerns regarding the proposed rule to make electronic delivery of important information on mutual funds the default delivery method.

It is very important to me to receive important documents on paper. This is my preferred method because it allows for me to not only make notes on the document, put the information down and easily access where I left off, but more importantly, it allows me to organize documents of importance so they are easily retrievable and not lost in the sea of endless electronic e-mails I receive.

In addition, Im concerned about the negative impact the proposed rule would have on the many Americans who do not have internet access, especially Senior adults. Conservative figures show as many as 30% residents of the United States dont have internet access today. For this rule to go into effect would clearly be a disadvantage to these individuals. Simply stated, electronic delivery doesnt work for everyone.

I feel strongly that by leaving paper as the default method, there is a reduced chance for a fund holder to make an election he or she doesnt truly want.

Thank you for considering these comments when making decisions regarding the proposed rule.
