Dear SEC,
I speak for a huge group of citizens who prefer their information sent to them on printed reports rather tan e-delivery. In addition to our preference for paper documents there is a huge economic impact that paper documents provide the US. Paper companies, design firms, printing companies, mail houses and the post office employ millions of US citizens with good paying jobs. As for the environment paper companies provide a significant and positive impact on the environment.
Paper is a biodegradable, renewable and sustainable product made from trees. Working forests are good for the environment. Working forests provide clean air, clean water, wildlife habitat and carbon storage. U.S. paper companies plant far more trees than they harvest. Today in the U.S. there are 12 million more acres of forest than there were 20 years ago. If people want to opt out of paper reports that should be their decision not one forced upon them. I am in favor of a strong economy and clean environment that the paper and print industry provides. Sincerely,
