This is about fundamental choice. By leaving paper as the default method, there is a greatly reduced chance to a fund holder to make an election he or she doesn't agree to. Electronic delivery simply doesn't work for everyone and they shouldn't be forced to use it. Paper documents can be stored and kept in an easy-to-find area with no worry about technological issues with the computer system. I have no problem for people to opt-in for electronic delivery but feel it should remain as a choice and not a requirement. I prefer paper
