Gentlemen:
I have a number of issues with this proposed change making investors opt-in for paper.
And, I strongly urge a NO vote on this proposed change.
Why do I want paper to be the primary communication format ___?
Paper provides universal access. Electronic access and storage is not!
Paper provides a ready reminder and update for what's going on inside the investment community ___ information comes to the investor at regular intervals.
Paper is the best format to hold and communicate critical financial information. Most people find reading financial information on paper easier; and, it helps keeping personal records for tracking and tax reporting.
