Subject: File No. S7-08-15

This is just crazy. It has already been documented how responsible the paper industry is with the percentage of used paper that gets recycled. Computers are not recyclable, they get thrown in land fills when they reach their end of life. The paper mills currently plant 2.5 trees for every one that they harvest. It has been documented that younger growth trees absorb more CO2 and output more oxygen then older growth trees. There is more forest land in the U.S. now than there was in the 1800s because of the responsible actions of the paper manufacturers. Please stop with the "green" lie about electronic communications.
