To Whom It May Concern;
I write in opposition to a proposed regulation governing mutual funds (Rule30e-3) making electronic delivery the new default option instead of mail delivery. If the rule is adopted, another segment of First Class mail delivery will be eliminated from USPS revenue. This move would also adversely affect investors with limited access to the Internet, easy access to their financial information.
