What a horrible precedent to set

The current mandate of paper delivery of important financial documents, ensures that people of all demographics can access AND better comprehend these most important of documents. Changing this rule, unfairly impacts the elderly, those with disabilities, and
minority Americans – all demographics that are less likely to have regular Internet access. And for what? To save the richest companies even more money?

According to the SECs own study conducted by Siegel + Gale in 2012, 71 percent of American investors said they prefer to read annual reports in paper format rather than online versions and a large number of respondents also asserted that printed materials yield higher content comprehension than online materials.

People who want to do their business online already can and do execute their option to get their information that way. Please do not unfairly put the burden of responsibility onto those with the least amount of opportunity to submit their opinion.
