I oppose the proposed SEC rule 30e-3. Paper is still the preferred delivery/distribution method for information. It ensures everyone has access to important information. Moreover, printed matter is easier to refer to, make notes on, retain and comprehend. You can bring printed materials with you. You can hand them out or make comparisons with them.
