This proposed regulation is misguided. Many studies have shown that printed material, especially complex information is better comprehended than the same material presented electronically. Additionally, I believe that senior citizens are the largest holders of mutual funds and other effected securities. Many of these individuals do not utilize the internet in depth or regularly.
