With the majority of investors being well seasoned individuals, doing away with paper correspondence will only confuse and disorient this generation. Most are not tech savvy or have no way to receive the information they have come to count on in paper form. Besides have you ever tried to read a multi page document on a computer screen? It is annoying to say the least, people still want paper they can have in their hand and analyze, highlight, and show to others. They also still want to be able to have contact information at their fingertips so they know whom to complain too about having to go online to get the information that should be mailed to them.
