I am diametrically opposed to the proposed changes, (Rule 30e-3) that would place an undue burden on investors by shifting the default delivery method for critical shareholder reports from paper to e-delivery. I prefer to sit and read my investment reports, on paper. If I choose to change that to electronic mail, that should be my choice, not forced upon me.
