I recommend repealing this legislation and remain with the existing method of informing consumers. Going paperless is harm-full to the working population not only in the paper manufacturing, graphics and printing industry but other professions as well. You are creating unemployment. What about the furniture industry. They use real tree wood to manufacture furniture. Why is there no push to go furniture-less and have people sit on virtual electronic furniture?
