1) Please repeal the Commodities Modernization Act and restore transparency in investment banking. Traders need regulation proved this with the explosion in derrivative trading.
2) Restore public trust by criminal prosecutions of these felons. This is different from Enron or Worldcom only in size scope. It was a mass fraud and your role is to restore public trust by bringing the perpetrators to justice.
