Please stop naked short selling and the market maker exemption. The dumping of a million shares 70 seconds before a stock is halted should be investigated (see DNDN on 4/29). If I were not currently invested in DNDN, I would be completely out of the market because it is so fixed. I get better odds in Vegas. Why should MMs get 13 days to clear. What they do is trade it back and forth between each other. Hedge funds should have been regulated a long time ago. Please level the playing field and stop the raping of retail investors.
