I support the implementation of the Market-Wide, Permanent Approach Proposal Uptick Rule. As a retired bank employee with 35 years of service, I find the complete destruction of bank stocks at the hands of now-very-wealthy short-sellers a criminal event. How could the SEC stand by and allow such a thing to happen? It's too late for the banks now but the SEC MUST stop the short-sellers from destroying other American companies and industries.
Thank you for your support.
