Please help to restore both confidence and performance in the stock martket by restoring the uptick rule. The average investor no longer believes that it is in his or her best interest to invest long term in the market. Instead we believe that the odds are stacked against us and the stock market is only a game for short-term traders and those who work on Wall Street.
