NO one should ever be allowed to influance the stock market without a CLEAR interest in it... NO one should ever be allowed to short sell a stock unless they have the stock in their position to sell...
That is the plain facts...
They want to sell then let them sell NOT just influence a sale downward...
You buy because you want a stock you sell because you do not want the stock--- buying back a stock that you do not own because you can influence it down IS Fraud...
