Uptick rule common sense please consider the harm failing to have the uptick rule has caused numerous companies between this and naked short selling the market fell faster and harder then it needed to and countless individuals are now left without any form of retirement income on what otherwise would have been solid stocks.
I believe naked short selling should be a criminal offense punishable buy minimum mandatory federal sentencing guidelines equivalent to the possession/distribution of crack cocaine.
Until these evil participants realize the government will not tolerate this illegal behaviour it will continue to be manipulated.
