These short sellers have destroyed me.
For years we had no problem with the past uptick rule. The problem is greed and the influence peddlers who destroyed very good companies and portfolios.
I believe the prior uptick rule worked very well and no change is necessary.
We should be refunded all our losses due to the short abusers.
I am an average stock investor and have no chance against those who short stocks.
These companies and stock investors should not have to be at risk of short buyers and sellers. It's enough of a gamble and risk for investors who are long.
Thank you, your help is needed to make right a wrong bring back the prior uptick rule.
