-I believe that the short sale rule that was on the books for over seventy years served the average investor very well. It was a shame that a few greedy instituitions were able to have it overturned to suit their greed at the expense of 40%of my 401(K) and total wipe out of my nest egg for my two granddaughters. I all their college funds in Washington Mutal stock.
Please consider the damage that was done to the common man.
