Bring back the uptick rule that was cancelled. In addition, uncovered naked short selling should not be allowed. Wall Street should not be allowed to drive companies and individuals into the ground with uncontrolled naked short selling. It should be illegal and prosecutable to sell phantom stocks that do not exist.
I will not invest in the stock market until these problems are solved. Wall Street is worse than a casino.
