I am just a regular investor with a managed IRA account and watch the news. In my opinion "The uptick rule" should be re-established to protect my investments from unfair manipulations by those who are trying to accomplish manipulations of the stock market to meet their ends. This seems to me to be unfair to the regular investor. I would hope the SEC would inact rules to the stock market to make it fair to everyone who participates in stock investment.
