Enforce the uptick rule...Please... we lost all of our savings and had to pull out our IRAS to survive the last 7 months of no work. My wife and I both lost our jobs, with two kids in College and multiple housholds to keep up has really hurt us. We are scared of the markets when the large institutions are against us long term people who contribute each month out of our paychecks.People like us will not be able to get back into markets when we stand to loose it all so fast.
