Please, reinstate the uptick rule. In my opinion, market volatility is due not having this rule in place. Shorts are just crushing some of the stocks, without any good reasons. All the shorts need is a rumor to spread in order to short. Some days this can be noticed in the chart as well, where stock heads continuously down with a nice curve to downside. I think this is because of not having this rule in place.
