YOU need to reinstall the uptick rule as soon as possible The original rule where a stock CANNOT be shorted until there is an UPTICK in the price FIRST
Millions have lost so much money, because YOU did not act sooner The rule was good for so many years We must not let a few big wigs profit ILLEGALLY as others perish.
