Please reinstate the original uptick rule, not a watered down version of it, to protect us individual investors from the assault of hedge funds and large investors who drive down the price of stocks to make themselves rich.
Please reinstate the rule that bans naked short sellers to protect individual investors from large short sellers driving down the price of stocks without even having to own them.
If you want to fulfill your charter to protect individual investors, sooner or later you will have to admit you were wrong.
