In support of the above bid short selling rule
Dear Chairman Shapiro:
I am fairly new to investing. I read Jim Sinclair's website regularly.
I have been appalled by the news stories on his site, and others, such as Bloomberg and CNBC, detailing the lack of regulation in certain areas of the markets, such as naked short selling.
Please institute measures that will reestablish investors' confidence in the markets and the SEC. Thank-you.
