Dear Chairman Shapiro,
I am writing to you in support of the proposed above bid short selling rule. As an investor in small cap stocks I need to know that there is a fair playing field.
I need to know that I can make investment decisions without fear of naked short selling and other improper or illegal methods. These methods need to be stopped.
