Just re-instate the uptick rule and add large automatic penalties for violations so that there is real incentive for violators to comply. Stop screwing around.
I am a victim of stock manipulation and stock counterfeiting aided and abetted by the SEC.
More and more shareholders are becoming informed and aware that what the SEC actually does is what matters, because what the SEC says (lying, denying, grandfathering past abuses, etc.) is just BS.
