If this office and this committee was worth their salt, they would consider re-instating an uptick rule rather aggressively in terms of time. Hearing that it would be a systematic challenge falls on deaf ears.
The decision to repeal the uptick rule that has been in good standing since 1938 has stripped American people of significant wealth due to the fact that predators gather in chat rooms to determine which companies they want to bring down on any given day because the door was opened for them in 2007 giving them this opportunity.
Good ol' regulation agencies practically screwing the American public, once again.
You better believe that legislation will force your hand if you don't make this change.
