HELP !!!
Bring back the uptick rule, put an end to the naked short-selling.
The whole world supports this view except those profiting from it.
These folks are stealing.
At least make sure they pay the same percentage in taxes, as the guy who works his hands to the
bone to scratch out a living.

Cramer pleads with the SEC.
Cramer says if the SEC wants to restore our lost faith in the market, it must bring back the uptick
rule, put an end to the naked short-selling and bear raids, ban the ETFs of mass destruction, and
get serious about enforcement.
