I sent an email a few weeks ago and never heard a response. Mainly I ran across another article on the uptick rule from the internet which I will attach, and I will also copy in another I found below this email. I want to know what I can do to help get this time tested rule back in place I have worked at Micron Technology for 16 years being held to a marketable skill level in paying child support and watched my co-workers get laid off and seeing my 401k drop in half, and seeing neighbors loose their homes. Thanks.
