Dear new chairman......please restore a little sanity to the markets, by bringing back the uptick rule. The men who fleece the markets should be made to play fair. And while your at it, you should really nail the" naked shorters " by making them follow the rules. The markets now stink to high heaven with what is happening with the manipulation of the precious metal markets. Thank you for any help and fairness that you bring to the markets John Kolbiaz
