We need the uptick rule back now.
Should we wait until until our pension funds are empty, and then have an investigation on
illegal short selling as well Please put in the uptick rule and start major investigations into illegal short sales. (Short sales where stock is not borrowed but just sold, naked) Take every penny stolen by an illegal short sale. I suggest you start with companies that are still alive with huge short positions on them.
