To Whom It May Concern, Just a letter to ask you to review and change back to the uptick rule .I have seen some people lose money invested with good companies in part because of hedge funds and short players who help manipulate the stock .Please don't insult the publics intelligence and claim it don't exist .I appreciate your time and hope it adds fuel to the fire to change the ruling back the uptick rule .
