the uptick rule was put into place for a reason. all i am asking is that you not spend any more time looking at these problems and do your jobs and simply follow the rules that are in place. it is not science it is pretty simple. if a company is comprised of say 800 billion shares make sure that not one share over that is sold if i sold my home to 500 people and accepted their money i would be in jail. that is where anyone selling something they do not own belongs. as a citizen of this wonderful country i expect my elected and appointed officials to do their jobs and protect us from these frauds.please put the uptick rule back in place "now" and make our market safe for our investing public.
