Strong consideration should be given to immediately reinstalling the uptick rule before more pensions are totally destroyed and the govt. ends up picking up the tab. This is really a no brainer unless you guys really are prisoners of the hedge funds. By the way, try to enforce the naked shorting rules if you have time to do your job. Thanks. John Huntley
