I am an American first an investor second and it is time to reinstate the uptick rule. I am sick and tired of market manipulation going on day by day and we sit back and do nothing about it. Please for the sake of what is good in America, reinstate the uptick rule and eliminate those who bet on failure instead of good deeds.
