-Dear Madam Secretary,
I would like to voice my personal opinion as to the proposed changes to the SHO regulation. It is my opinion that we should do all we can to stop any manipulation of the market place. It is clear that by removing the rule two years ago, the market has been clearly damaged. At a time when we as a country need stability and confidence, there are those who seek the opposite. If credit default swaps have taught us anything, unregulated market manipulation will in the end undermine the stability of the finacial markets. My vote is for the previous uptick rule to be reinstated as soon as possible.
