Dear Sirs/Ma’am:
I am requesting the SEC reinstate the Up-Tick Rule that had been in place from the 1930s until July 2007. Now that Chairman Cox and his minions are gone, I hope the current staff and Chairwoman will help the millions of small American investors protect their positions in the stock market by bringing back the Up-Tick Rule that had served the stock market, and had served the American public so well in protecting our investments for more than 70+ years.
