It is rediculous that anyone at the s.e.c. has any second though about permanately restoring the uptick rule. It is criminal what the s.e.c.'s blind eye let continue to go on in the market. Even aftyyer trillions of wealth was picked from the average americans pocket nothing has been handled with any urgency.
