The uptike and several other rules need to be put into effect I have watch serious manipulation of several stocks and seen this governing board do nothing. I feel it is like being robbed in front of the police and then having them tell me they have to talk to other people and then take a vote and they will get back to me.. This leaves the door open for other crooks to do exactly what is against the law.. Take a look at Sirius I am watching level II today and I am noticing manipulation right infront of my face and do I have anywhere to go NO. Why because you people are not doing your job, or feel you have better things to do. I guess if a man can rob people of billions and you guys didnt see it why should anything change now.... I can say as a tax payer I feel as if I am not being help by a organiztion in which I'am paying for...
