To whom it may concern, I am a lower income investor that has been fleeced . We need the uptick rule and we also need for short sellers to pay for their position just as I have to pay for my positions. Naked shorts jump in and drive stocks and investors in the ground with no cash . If I sell my paid for position I have to wait for settlement , usually 3 days. This not fair , our tax money is being spent to prop wall street up and we are still being robbed. Please use the power of this office to level the playing field for millions of investors.
