Please reinstate the uptick rule and strickly inforce the other rules on the books, No Naked Shorting by anyone.
The market should be open and level trading field based on supply demand period with the exact same rules that apply to all who trade no auto trading programs
no special rules for MM's, Hedge funds or institutions.
Just simple and fare, remember to whole world is watching our markets please set a nice clean example.
