To whom it may concern,
I am a retired teacher who trades in the stock market. I believe that it was a mistake to eliminate the UPTICK RULE.
Please revise your ruling so that it is not so easy for short traders to beat a stock down. Some new form of the UPTICK RULE is needed in my opinion.
