I strongly urge you to bring back the uptick rule. The only people benefitting from the repeal of the rule are the Wall Street insiders who spend all day in front of ticker screens. Obviously most people haven't the time nor the training to compete with these insiders. They will take advantage of any situation, regardless of the damage done to companies or other investors. Again, bring back the uptick rule
