I am writing to urge you to support the Proposed Uptick Rule: A market-wide short sale price test based on the last sale price or tick (a proposed uptick rule).
Since the rule was repealed, the shorts have been able to savage stocks and drive prices down to artificially low levels. This hurts both companies and non-institutional investors.
