Dear SEC:
I am writing to request that the SEC bring back the uptick rule for short sales. The uptick rule has worked for so many years and needs to be reinstated to take the greed out of the stock market and level the trading field for all to invest fairly.
Lets put some integrity back into the SEC and take all traders into consideration. I understand that Jim Cramer is presenting the SEC with a petition and signatures to ask the same.
Good companies should not be destroyed because of greed of the rich and powerful, along with destroying the assets of the average trader.
